 I’ve been trying to live on one meal a day since Jan 1. For the most part, I am, but there were a few extra meals last week. That’s ok. So far I’ve lost 6 pounds. I’m trying not to be obsessive about that, though. I do want to lose weight, but I would also really like to sleep better, and avoid diabetes.


Anyway, this is just a planning blog. One of my new year’s resolutions is to plan out my meals.


So, for tomorrow, here’s the meal plan:


1 slice of olive oil bread

About 4 cups of broccoli soup

A large salad lots of greens, carrots, cashews and cranberries

Zucchini boats made with couscous, tomatoes and cheese.

2 almond cookies


That’s probably more than I can eat.  I’ll save what I can’t for the next day.
